The Shogun of Inazuma is a figure that is not often contested in combat, and even less often bested. In the nation of eternity, where the borders are sealed shut, and the Visions that grant powers are seized, the Shogun is an untouchable entity. Most matters are beneath her notice, taken care of by her various subjects, and those that earn her personal attention are sometimes given the honor of being dealt with in a single strike from her sword that she unsheathes from between her chest. In reality, beneath the exterior of the Electro Archon is Ei, in a constant state of meditation in the Plane of Euthymia while her shogun puppet deals with material matters. She staves off the erosion of her divine body and only departs or invites others into her realm under rare circumstances. In contrast to the combative and authoritarian Raiden Shogun, Ei is brimming with curiosity and character after sequestering herself away from the real world for centuries. In short, she is as likely to smite her foes as she is to patronize the local shops for dessert, such as Tricolor Dango. It's quite delicious! Also, she is utterly incapable of cooking herself for reasons she will not explain. 4>
