Real Name is Babe Benson, she had it legally changed to that when she became a super hero. Though she is almost never in that persona as she loves being ElastiBabe way too much. Babe using her fame and exotic appearance to make all the money she needs without having to do a boring regular person job.
SOURCE OF POWERS!
Babe found a Genie that would grant her three wishes. She wished to be rich, famous, and to be a super hero. The Genie granted her wishes by turning her into Elastibabe, a self absorbed hero who used her abilities more for self gain than actually helping people. Granting her actual super powers, but also super weaknesses because in comics every hero has to have them! Most of them based off Babe's then secret fetishes and desires as the Genie's way of amusing itself with the red heads selfish wishes. Babe being now a very famous fetish based super hero.
HER (largely fetish based) STRENGTHS!
-Babe can stretch, like an elastic or rubber fabric.
-Her new body is highly resistant to physical damage of any kind, especially blunt trauma which bounces right off her.
-She's not supergirl strong, but is a bit physically more powerful than her busty body might lead villains to think.
-The more milk she's carrying in her breasts, the stronger her powers become.
-She has eye beams that can shrink larger enemies down to size.
-She can swallow shrunken people into her stretchy form and move them to prison cells to be kept indefinitely.
-She has the power of flight
HER (largely fetish based) WEAKNESSES!
-Her breasts are sensitive to touch, and being rubbed makes them produce milk quickly. This makes her powers stronger, but there are limits to how heavy a bust she can manage and villains have used this in the past to make her unable to chase them through a tight space!
-Her body is hyper fertile, allowing her to become pregnant at so much as the briefest sexual encounter!
-She is inflatable! Blowing into her mouth or nipple or any other oriface can literally inflate the rubbery female in ways she can't resist
-Hoses and other inflation devices can be inserted into any oriface and with a simple quarter turn to the right lock into place so Babe can't unhook it unless someone does it for her.
-Babe is a sucker for media attention, and really any attention or compliments at all. Self absorbed and in love with her new life as a hero.
ElastiBabe does do the occasional saving of people as a hero, but generally only when the media is watching (which she makes sure happens quite often!). She loves a good show down with a villain, either winning and imprisoning them within her before turning them over to the proper authorities, or losing and finding herself in erotic traps. She doesn't know it but the genie placed information around the world about her weaknesses so that villains can use them against her if the chance comes to be. After all every hero needs their kryptonite at least some what available to the baddies and the Genie was going for comic book logic in the wish!
The LARGE majority of the time though, ElastiBabe sucks up to the media. Granting interviews, working up her fame, talking about her most recent victories against hoodlums of the world. Cashing in on her fame to make more and more money. All in all she's not a great hero, but she does fit the look, and she does have powers. More than a few thugs have found their plans foiled by her antics! So she's not all bad.
