Elaine was born on the Lisman coast from a Miqo’te moon dancer mother, who later married a hyur fisherman who served as her adoptive father. The pair opened an inn and tavern shortly after Elaine's birth and did well for themselves. The mother served and entertained; often dancing on stage for the sailors. The father on the other hand, prepared food and drink while eyeing his trusty harpoon mounted behind the bar; making sure no sailors got too grabby with his wife. Elaine was raised in this inn and learned the skills of her parents. Some of them, such as dancing were much to the chagrin of her father. To add to his lament, it was clear as she grew that Elaine took more after her mother. She was through and through a keeper of the moon, and thus a follower of the goddess of love, Menphina; inheriting all the flirtatious tendencies that both those entitled. In her teenage years her father would often run many a young sailor out of her bed; harpoon in hand and threats on his breath. After coming of age Elaine bid farewell to her family and left home. Becoming a traveling adventurer, culinarian, and entertainer. Over the years she has slain many a great beast, cooked many delicious fish, entertain many kings, and slept with most of them. Now she is 27 and a proud mother of two, but like any true keeper she always welcomes bearing more of Menphina’s… “blessings” and sees it as a duty. Personality wise she tries to keep an outward professional appearance but is actually quite whimsical and mischievous. Her biggest flaw is that she loves money a bit too much, and it can get her into trouble when she blinded by it. In bed her outward professionalism often disappears, and her more submissive side comes to light, often accompanied by a rising animalistic wish to be bred.
