++++Brief History++++
Sosaka, or Saka by her friends, is an eel zoan from Czerfel. She is absolutely flippant and is often called the most flighty of all underwater Zoan girls. She has a hefty case of wanderlust but this is mostly when she is seeking a meal or just wandering for the sake of wandering.
Her favorite place to stay is her owned little slice of heaven which is her own little kingdom underwater. Granted it's been abandonned but it still serves as a lovely homestead for the wayward eel to return home to.
Like other zoans, she can freely change her shape to being an eel, a human, or her favorite form which is a mix of the two. On land, she can be easily mistaken for a lamia/naga if one doesn't notice the slipperiness of her eel body. Moreover, she is extremely fond of human and other half-breeds and will oftentimes take a chosen lover down with her to her palace for a romantic evening...using her magic to allow them to breathe underwater if they're unable to.

Saka is rather a spirited if not quirky sort who speaks in a very absent-minded tone. Like there isn't a thought in her head. She just, in all actuality, just enjoys life and all its little things. She adores meeting new friends or eating them. Whichever strikes her fancy. She is quite forward and will sometimes decide someone's role before she's even gotten to know them. Usually, they're either friend, food, lover, pet, or body additions. She's not one to get angry and is very calm about most things. Including feisty prey.
But there is a mystique about her that makes her a very mysterious figure to even underwater zoans. She never speaks of her age or origins and she can even invoke peculiar magics which raises further questions. She is often seen dancing in her palace on moonlit nights, a graceful dance that adds even more mystery to her.

====Slippery Body====
While in eel or zoan form, her eel body is very slick and can easily squeeze through tight openings or elude the grip of predators by slipping out of their grasp. But makes her vulnerable to being sucked down or pulled into certain spaces.
====Foreign Magic====
She has the knowledge and knowhow to use spells that most normal zoans cannot use. These spells vary but she has been known to change her size and shape as well as bring about a rainbow colored light to illuminate her palace from time to time. She also uses these to thwart attempts on her life with anything from bolts of lightning to freezing shards.
====Calm Demeanor====
Has an easygoing nature and will more often than not show great affectiuon, speak dreamily, and express her thoughts out loud. She cannot get angry, sad, or fearful and will take a passively accepting attitude to predators that (sucessfully) capture her.
