"It's all fun and games, until your village is razed by a unicorn."

⋅ ⋅ ⋅ Big Bad Hunter's Big Bad Story⋅ ⋅ ⋅
Life upon the land of Moga isn't all that bad, nor is it that exciting... sure, there's fish the size of wyverns, flesh-eating raptors, the constant threat of venomous fire-breathing dragons--okay, okay, so maybe life on Moga isn't boring in the least. From all over the world have Hunters past retired within the cozy village island under the watchful eye of the chief's clan, a few of them refugees from rampaging monsters of past fame. Where else were the survivors of the rampaging Elder Dragons were supposed to go to? Or, in Edouin's little case, the rabid horse-god that was Kirin?

One day he's suckling upon the tit of his mother, and the next she's getting her tit speared by that iconic horn as thunderstorms razed the buildings around them. He was ferried to the island sanctuary with what few people weren't gored or lit up like Tanzia during its Jhen Moran days--not like he remembered any of it, aside from a nice leaf-shaped burn mark upon his right hip from the coursing electricity of his village. As he grew up, he took after the Mogans: one day he's bringing back Kelbi Horns, the next it's some Bnahabra parts, finally Jaggi Hides... and, after a month's long venture overseas, the head of that very beast that destroyed his life before he even knew it, much to the cheers of his ex-villagers' delight, body adorned in armor made of its hides. That was the day he was accepted fully by all hunters, and even now, some can still see that man with the long, shaggy hair in the fields, with his quarry's horn atop a headband to prove to all just what sort of ferocity a Hunter could offer!
