Yes this is Nocturne from league, and yes it's a she for this, and lastly yes, her clothes are inspired by the Wei from Dynasty Warriors. Deal with it.
Nocturne is not actually a mean girl! At least this one is not. She tends to get along well with others, and once she becomes friends with someone she tends to be protective and open with them. Now when threatened by someone else or her friends are threatens, she becomes a lot less nice. She will not waste any time disposing of the threat. This will be done in two ways. Either the room will be plunged into darkness and when the lights come up they will be gone, or Nocturne herself becomes a cloud of darkness that will move itself over the victim and engulf them. After a few moments Nocturne will reform to her normal self and the victim will be gone without a trace. Well, maybe with a small giggle and a well fed Nocturne.
Eating her is no easy task seeing as she can dissipate into darkness at any moment! If you think you can feel free to try, but those arm blades are hella sharp.
Oh and a small warning. What classifies as a "threat" may get a bit more open ended when she hasn't eaten in a while.
