Dreamtopia is not affected by the weather displayed by the chat, being mostly disjointed from the world Nexus park is in. Nor are all the gate locations going to share the same weather as Dreamtopia. In fact, While in the world of dreams, you can have such weather as strangely isolated lightning storms.
Dreamtopia is a series locations separate from the rest of normal chat, so unless you have entered Dreamtopia, or are dreaming, the posts made by this profile can usually be ignored as they would be environment-specific posts for those inside the realm of dreams.

This profile is made up of various dream realm locations, some made on request for the purpose of fulfilling a desirable location to dream in, or pass into a game-like world.
Once they've been dreamed into being, the world and locations can be accessed by entering Dreamtopia and then passing through the gates. I do not put limitations on what characters you can request except that it can't be from a franchise. (pokémon/digimon/full metal alchemist/etc.)
Dreamtopia is a place between the dream world, and the real one.
The Biometry is like the terrain of the location beyond the gate, City, Forest, Jungle, Town, Farmland, etc.
The Climate is the weather patterns, cold, freezing, tornado prone, burning, etc. and yes, you can have freezing volcanoes.
Threat is how scary it is, Dream, Nightmare, Daydream, or Dim.
Keys are granted by the Dreamer who dreamed up the location, or by [Dreamtopians] or other dream beings who have the key, or can be found in many other locations, hidden and waiting to be found. I may make a profile to keep track of the keys.
