A mysterious ovine boy who runs "The Moonlit Drifter", a bar catering to both sides of the Astral plane, serving up both drinks and dreams to his clientele. Imagine him as something of a "sandman" like figure, or a spirit-guide, for weary and parched wanderers in the light on the edge of sleep. He caters to both the lucid dreamers who can easily find their way back to him and the unaware who may simply stumble into his bar.

As a heads up for a couple of rules:
Shirt and shoes are not required for service, but still reccomended.
Tipping the bar/dreamtender is reccomended for your personal safety.
"Counting sheep" jokes are welcome, jokes about the bar/dreamtender being "sheeplike" or a "lamb to the slaughter" aren't.
If you simply want to knock yourself out quick and easy, asphixiation by sheep-boy thighs is also available. Its generally healthier and more reliable than alcohol or dream poisoning.

Quinn may be stoic, but he's certainly not docile, being more than capable of dealing with any unruly customers who disturb the establishment. He's still a pretty sociable guy though, like any good bar/dreamtender he is an excellent listener. A self proclaimed friend to the friendless. That does not mean he gets paid (does he even get paid at all?) to be your therapist though, or help you confront your night terrors.

The bar he runs technically exists both in reality and outside of it, visiting it in your sleep is not without consequences though. Your body may be safe from intoxication or any physical consequences, but your soul and your mind is a whole other matter... If you're visiting it in person, you're pretty much risking those too, but with the added aspect of your body.
