Steampunk char, basically...nuclear war causes society to mutate into anthros, and the people are forced to revert to WWII Era and earlier tech...as most other things have been eliminated. Personal ships are usually Galleons, and military ships are usually a lot like WWII ships. Military has better transport tech. Weapons are mostly modern day. (Fucking Me-109s with miniguns?! SHIT!!!)
