Dizzy is the half-Gear queen of Illyria, having married into it due to marrying Ky Kiske. She is technically only eight years old, but her body matures at an alarming rate due to her Gear cells. But to discuss that, we must first explain what a Gear is.

Gears are artificial magical creatures created with the intention to advance evolution, but were eventually produced to be biological weapons of war. They are not a species of their own; they are "altered" versions of existing ones. These independent type Gears can range from intelligent to animalistic. Humanoid Gears are no different intellectually from humans and are capable of accelerated learning like their physical growth. However, there are some indications that they have mental problems that causes them to be unstable and anti-social. The maturation of Gears is accelerated exponentially to make them readily available for war. Human-type Gears are shown to mature from infancy to adulthood in three years, and it is implied that they develop 8 times faster than humans, even inside a mother's womb. At a certain point, when they are in their prime physical and mental state, they become immune to aging and can live for an indefinite period of time, such is the case with Dizzy. The Gears' genetic alterations are by magical methods. Because of these, Gears supposedly use magic on instinct, whether it be sustaining themselves through absorbing magical energy or using spells for battle.

Dizzy, unlike most Gears, is pacifistic and good natured, as well as fairly innocent. She takes on the role as a wife and mother quite well, having already figured out how to cook extremely well. She's also a ravenous bookworm, going from novel to novel in a near endless pursuit of any kind of knowledge, purely for enjoyment purposes. She can be strict when neccessary to discipline, but honestly just prefers to busy herself with whatever she can to be useful. She also happens to be quite the friend of nature. Much like the theoretical Disney princess, she makes friends with birds and squirrels rather often.

However, that's only one of three. Her wings are, surprisingly enough, their own seperate people, shapeshifters bound to her body, and for the most part under her control. The black one, Necro, takes the form of a red eyes skeleton, and embodies offense. Fires lasers, supports offense, and has a general "Kill all in your path" attitude. Undine is the other, angelic one, supporting high defense, and making a point of self defense to an excessive degree. This one generally uses ice magic over the fire and lasers of its counterpart. Dizzy's tail also has a mind of its own, but is much more animalistic in nature, possessing a wide, sharp-toothed maw that it can use to chomp or devour anything it so pleases, and has done so in the past. The ribbon on her tail actually keeps the tip closed most of the time.
