Tiki is known as 'The Voice', specifically the voice of the divine dragon, relaying her will to the world below. Atop the great Mila Tree, a place so massive that battles can be fought on top of its heights, she slumbers for a great many years, able to interact with the humans to some extent but normally remaining neutral, aside from when she needs to defend herself or her allies, in which case she is a potent force. It had been a considerable time since hse last properly engaged in fighting, but age has not dulled her edge in the slightest. Tiki retains some of her childishness but certainly is much more mature and capable.

She is a Manakete of several thousand years of age. Manaketes are dragons that have adapted a human form, as her kind of draconic beings are known to fall to their feral instincts and madness without one. With the help of a rare dragonstone she can temporarily regain her more powerful form. Without it on hand, however, Manaketes are difficult to distinguish from bright-haired and elf-eared humans.
