One day, in a land named Gensokyo, a little girl just appeared in the Human Village. She had no known parents, or friends. The humans feared her, and she was denied access to schooling, or proper methods of instruction. Many considered her a changeling. No one had the heart to attack her though, whenever they get close. Those arrow eyes would wibble, and a feeling of dread descend upon them. ...the one time someone made her cry...the resulting flood destroyed most of the town.

With no one to give her food, and the girl herself never leaving, one wonders how she never starved to death? She deluded herself into believing she had parents. That they gave her food. And because of her power, they did. For this girl's perspective was synonymous with reality. A goddess in human form, with no memory to her power. None, including herself, know her origin.

Which means it's really hard to pin down.

She's grown into a fine lady...who is STILL trying to pin down what exactly her power is. When she realizes it, she will truly have the universe at her fingertips. But for now, she's still mostly pure, and barely has a clue what a fetish is. She definitely has noticed she likes to be big though.

She's figured out she can touch an object from far away, and that some weird things have occurred around her. She has a sense it involves "perception", but not the best clue of what it truly is. So you, the player, are better informed, I've attached a quote from the link above.
