If a perma slot is rolled she's gone for good! The slot rolled will become a GRAVE slot forever. When the next girl is put on the profile some perma slots will become unsafe slots, usually my favorite scenes. Some will become safe slots again.
A grave slot is where another black girl got permavored before.
If a grave slot is rolled she's gone for good and permavored. The slot remains a grave slot but things get worse, preds will get to roll an extra dice when trying to digest the next girl for good.

Whatever the pred rolled in the above game will be the next dice. So if you rolled a 13 and it was a safe slot a d13 will be rolled. That is the multiplier for the next roll

If the duration is a year or more though she won't retain her sanity and will be stuck as sentient fat and effectively permavored. The slot will turn into a grave slot.
