Dia Kinningsworth, The Saint of Domination.

A woman with no one around has very little she can do to keep busy, so, she took to her domination skills, eventually, when she came into public areas, she flaunted her ideals, and even managed to get a few followers along the way, though, she never brought down her dominant fist down on them, described as slightly forceful, but benevolent. She became a much loved member of the community, soon rising to power as their leader, their mayor so to speak, and she enjoyed the position, but unlike most mayors, she retained a queen-like status, people would do things for her, just when she asked for it!

Making a rather easy living on the people under her, she never once treated them wrong, finding ways to make her tight community well rounded and not struggling.
