Deyna isn't that special. It's what she keeps telling everyone. She doesn't have any hidden facts or anything, no magical secret talent. No one ever believes her. And with good reason.
She doesn't exactly lie-- She herself, doesn't do anything that has to do with her. But she is special. For some strange reason, whatever it may be, special things HAPPEN around her. Miracles. It's like if she was rigging the lottery every time she played, only the lottery was all of life. If the eevee took a one in a million shot, she'd make the shot. Every time.
Deyna doesn't entirely recognize this. She still says she's not special. Every time. And the power doesn't always work-- It is reversed. The more likely something is, the less it will come true. But the miracle chance that would never happen? That's what she's going to get.
The eevee has learned to never shoot point blank. She always misses.
