A simple nerdy squirtle. Dewey has a pretty normal appearance, spare for the tuft of hair he's grown on his head and what seems to be goggles. It helps his vision, and it was the only way to give glasses to a squirtle. Other than that, the only thing else different about him physically compared to other squirtles is that he is a bit overweight. He does have the ability to take his shell off, especially if he needs to eat something large as his shell's belly area can only stretch so far. Under the shell he is extremely squishy and chubby.
Personality wise, this squirtle is as friendly as he can be. Rarely ever hostile and more on the shy side of things. He can get a bit heated up but it's rare. Usually he likes to spend is time lazing about somewhere by water and snacking. He's pretty approachable, but most aggressive approaches will end up with him fleeing with decent proficiency or hiding in his shell.
