APPEARANCE
Deuvil is a curvacious, long-tailed Nekotsune. Such beings are often rare intermingling of Nekomata and a Kitsune, and while she has the bodytype, she is not necessarily a natural birth. Her skin is a dark, rich color that is soft and smooth with barely any kind of blemishes if any at all. Her hands and feet are transitioned into paw-like appendages, each of them functioning just as well regardless - if she wishes them away with glamour and transfiguration magic, then it is so. Their legs and arms slowly become covered in fur which almost burns like embers and dancing flames, though they are neither. However, the fur and her hair are extremely soft and almost unearthly in their tensile strength. Her hair specifically can be used as a form of bondage should she want to, and Deuvil's otherwise regular eyes are punctuated with two blue-and-yellow colored irises. They are almost constantly moving and changing, never the same pattern or ratio. Besides outside appearances, the Nekotsune's mouth is full of mostly humanoid teeth with long canines in the corners to properly devour meals. The woman herself personality wise is a manipulative, fairly cunning, silver-tongued creature who loves to ensnare people with her wiles. More often than not she changes appearances to appeal to someone in particular with little effort, though in most cases this is little more than juvinile teasing of her target. While they can be wise and noble, the Nekotsune despises being too formal as more often than not it isn't what she considers "fun". One implacable trait about the woman is how she sometimes speaks as perhaps three different personalities - the most regular is Deuvil herself, often being a little flamboyient, fairly lustful, and teasing. One speaks with her eyes as a pure yellow gold, calling herself Solace - she is prone to love, cherish, and care for those she deems worthy. The other is Star - her eyes are a bright, piercing ice-blue that loves to sadisticly play with her catch, often beating or leaving them unattended to for hours on end. |
IN-DEPTH BACKGROUND
Deuvil wasn't always here. She wasn't always known as 'Deuvil', either. In fact, the Nekotsune used to have no corporeal form to begin with, more being a state of formless consciousness in the vastness of the Haven; a reality that exists outside the purview of space-time. Over many years since the Creation Event, Deuvil grew to understand the usage of physical forms, and eventually adopted a temporary one. Only them she found that there were many other creatures like her of near-limitless knowledge that shared the same strange gift of intelligence and power. They dubbed themselves the Ventri, originally being made to examine and explore. Eventually they developed more organic-based 'feelings' and 'emotions', and the Ventri found that they had far exceeded researching the little things and creatures; they had become them. Eons have passed since the Horizon Event, and now Deuvil lives in a city she built with the help of many heralds and worshipers. Having raised a rich and long family line of Monsters through many different kinds of valuable materials, she works quietly in the sidelines to let her city flourish as it wishes. Beyond her city she works towards an unknown goal, and often is genial with her time if subject(s) interest her enough. There are only few rules made to be enforced in Solace City: Do not cross Deuvil, do not cause (too much) chaos, and justice is subjective. | |
