Personality: Quite a friendly face she has a knack of saying some random fact about someone she talks to...whether that person be a former Criminal, a famous trainer or even a Gym Leader or Elite Four member.
Bio: Rotaro used to live in Luminous City in the Kalos region. Until one time when her parents were killed by Team Flare during the events leading up to they're big plans. She was left alone where she met another Orphan named Emma, former Assistant to the Detective Looker. She was taught how to be a detective from Emma the pair worked together to take down one of the Team Flare Scientists that was trying to use a group of Rotom to cause chaos in the city...they stopped the Team Flare remnants and one of the Rotom bonded with Rotaro.
She would spend at least a year or two with Emma and her Espurr named Mimi, eventually Emma considered Rotario graduated as the young detective using money she saved up and would look for her own place to call home and become a detective herself with her Rotom along for the ride.
