Delulu or Lulu to his friends, he's usually a common sight at the arcades of trying to claim all the top high scores for himself, although he can show up to the more active pursuits of raves and what not, doing his best to try accimilating to the fast paced if fun lifestyle ever since he moved to Inkopolis a few years prior.

Granted, being a new arrival and an Octoling himself means it's a bit more of a rougher experience than he might have hoped for, there's still simmering tensions lingering from previous conflicts before the arrival of Octolings into Inkling society, and even a cheery disposition can't help with everybody if someone wishes to hold a bit of a grudge over it.

Thankfully for as much as he's had issues with it, most of the time it's just curt comments or perhaps not getting a good tip when he's working service jobs to help keep up with the finances - and the friends he has made here he wouldn't trade for anything!

Now, like plenty of other inhabitants he's been known to participate in a more standard turf war or two - although if you happen to be on an enemy team, your first sight of him may be from the charger shot splatting ya.
Although sometimes he ends up regretting who he decided to target first afterwards...
