Yup, its a fan character, and this time of a rather unlikely sort. Its the infamous King Dedede, with a little bit of a remix. Instead of being the large rotund Penguin, he now has a more useful form, that of a rather large human. This change hasn't stopped his appetite, both for power or food. Standing at a rather daunting 7'2, he still wears his long flowing robe, but since the change has decided to don pants as well. He still packs his trusty mallet as well, never leaving home without it!
