Amy Burke is a young beautiful seductive girl who seems the epitome of beauty and innocence. In reality; Amy Burke is a rather cruel and ruthless serial killer who's acting skill and innocent demeanor lure those who seek too much information and/or those who she considers in her way to their deaths. Amy lives alone in a small house near the campus which she attends classes on. She typically wears quite fine dresses, having a flair for her personal appearance. Generally, you would hardly notice Amy; just a pretty, somewhat shy girl going through her life innocently and sweetly, but do not be fooled by this facade; Amy is a calculating murderer, always weighing odds and trying to place everyone around her to work in her favor. She has always believed that in this life you must look after yourself first and allow everything else to come secondarily to that and she has held by that all her life, a believer that when all things are stripped away; you have only yourself. Beware when attempting to confront her; she will joyfully take the life from your eyes with a petite giggle and a warm sigh.
Being a serial killer; Amy is typically a pred. She mainly operates in two ways; vore and non-vore. Vore involes her typically finding a way to shrink her target, usually through a chemical poison, and then toying with them during the moments before she eats them. Non-vore involves her simply killing her target seductively, wither it be through poison, a knife, or strangulation, which she will happily subject you to.
If you wish to try to make her a prey; you are welcome to try, but be aware she is extremely intelligent.

Alright, I'm not going to waste much time cutting through the bullshit so let's get down to business. You might notice these pictures bear a resemblance to the Phoenix Wright character Dahlia Hawthorne, that's good, they're supposed to. If you know that much, you'll know the character Dahlia only used poison, and in one incident, a small knife to kill people, which she did rather painlessly.
Amy is not like that. Pretty yes, she's a serial killer of -my own design-, as someone who has studied criminology and crime from a young age.
Amy is a legitimate issue killer. She's the genuine article and she's smart as Hell. She'll torture you, she'll cut any loose ends you create or uncover, she'll remove all evidence that you ever found out her very name and once she has you; she won't let you go...ever. ^^

A) I don't want it to be the focus of the scene; that should be on fatality , death, or vore.
B) Keep in mind it probably won't be all lovey and nice. It'll probably look more like this.
------------------------Rationale and MO------------------------
I got a surprisingly large amount of questions regarded to her Rationale and her MO as a serial killer, enough so that I decided to save time and just write it here. ^^
Serial Killers have different classifications based upon why they commit murders. Most serial killers are sexual killers; who commit murder because it satisfies them in some perverse sexual form.
There are also circumstantial serial killers and thrill killers. A circumstantial serial killer commits murder in order to cover up a previous crime and due to complications with witnesses or investigations is forced to continue killing in order to remain uncaught.
A thrill killer commits murders because it gives them some form of, well, thrill. Sort of like a video game junkie playes video games because she loves them or why track runners who are passionate about their sport run to destress. Thrill killers are passionate about killing and it makes them happy to do so.
The question now becomes What is Amy?
Amy is a mix of all three. To a profiler, she would be classified as a Thrill Killer, but in truth, she committed her first murder in order to avoid being hurt, and then began to kill those who found out (Circumstantial killer MO), however, by the time she first watched the life drain from a person's eyes; she was hooked and began to find a beauty in death, and a passion for her crimes. (Thrill killer MO) Eventually, when she came to the park and discovered vore, her feelings towards death shifted, now that she could devour people, she found this quite sexually pleasing (Sexual killer MO) as well.
If you wish to run a scene with her, you'll need to have a reason to be her victim. While she can be prey, it is a rare thing for me to let you prey her anywhere but in randomness in the vore room. Reasons to be her victim include
-You saw her commit another murder
-You are investigating a murder she committed
-You attempt to rob or otherwise harm her
-You have been dating her for more than 6 months and have started to realize she's a serial killer
-She murdered someone you knew and you won't stop asking questions
-You are dumb enough to be completely alone with Amy when she's very hungry and you look tasty
-You are dumb enough to be completely alone with Amy after having angered her / insulted her / etc.
-Anything else you can think of ^^

Sweet Smile
Amy is a master of deception and manipulation. Once every 3 turns, Amy can subject her opponent to this devious smile which can cause them to be twisted by her sweetness. Opponent must roll to resist her charms. 20-12: Amy's smile is virtually ignored. 11-8: Amy's smile charms her opponent slightly, making them lose a bit of their will to fight -1 to the next 2 rolls. 5-7: Amy's smile weakens her opponent's willpower noticably, -2 to the next 2 rolls. 1-4: Amy's smile cripples the willpower of her opponent, making them feel strong feelings of love towards her, -2 to the next 4 rounds.
Gentle Kiss
Amy must be holding her opponent to do this but she may draw them into a kiss. Those kissed by Amy will find themselves greatly losing their will to hurt her. Rolling low on Amy's kiss can be deadly, as many have found out. 20-15: They are able to pull out of the kiss virtually unharmed. 14-10: Their willpower is taken away from them as they pull out of the kiss, causing them to suffer -3 on the next 2 rolls. 1-9: Amy enthralls her opponent with her kiss, causing them to suffer a -3 to the next 3 rounds.
Facade of Pure Light
As Amy normally upholds a facade of sweetness and innocence, any violent action she performs will be unexpected, giving her a +2 to her FIRST legitimately violent or dangerous roll (essentially, when she starts devouring you somehow)
Serial Killer Unveiled
During some fights it may be necessary for Amy to stop her charade and focus on the fight. Doing this is a very risky thing for her. She loses her ability to perform Sweet Smile or Gentle Kiss and loses her bonus from her Facade of Pure Light, however, she is unrestricted with having to plan both her true intentions and her false motivations, so she is given a +2 to all her rolls throughout the fight. She is also given the ability to, ONCE during the fight, attempt to roll twice in a row (She will roll a d20 to use this and if she gets at least a 14; she is able to move twice successfully) this sub-ability is called Serial Killer Instict and she must declare it before attempting to use it.
Soul Enthrallment
Can only be used after successful Gentle Kiss
Perhaps one of Amy's darkest moves. It works similarly to Oral Vore in structure, but it essentially consists of Amy grabbing her opponent, enthralling her opponent, and then beginning to draw the very Soul from her opponent, enticing it and sweetly pulling it from their body, as a final insult to injury she will usually then dispose of/kill the body to prevent the Soul from escaping back.
