June is a day care trainer meaning she isn't a very good trainer, in fact she is very likely to lose every battle she gets into.

But still she likes to bluster and brag about her skill and expertise. The problem is she is a masochist and can't help getting turned on by seeing her human-like pokemon getting pummeled, and imagining it to be herself. Much to her own chagrin she will tell her pokemon commands that will lead them to defeat instead of victory.

She even enjoys it when her her opponent is ruthless with her after the match.

If she does win though she can also get off on her opponent getting abused. She can get off on being an observer basically.

What does any of this have to do with being at a pokemon day care? Well it gets the trainers to come to her of course! And many trainers breeding pokemon for power are quite good trainers themselves, so she has no shortage of strong opponents to abuse her and her pokemon.
