She's not Lycan...but her father was a werewolf, leading to her massive size and natural muscle...her mother was a Blue Fox Anthro (Not Krystal), hence leading to her fluffiness, curiosity...and...mostly kind nature. Even if she gets intimidating, it's usually to help someone out.
A good example, is if you're at the Iron Wolf Gym...just off of the NightfireClub. Say your goal is to get 300 Lbs. off the ground and over your head...she will bitch at you, shove you around, and cuss you out until you can get it done....but when you do get it done, you're likely to get a kiss on the forehead and a 'nice work'.
Another example...is her Natural Lycan Aggression she inherited from her father. This only comes out when she is protecting friends and family...
Although...it may come out in bed sometimes too.~
Also...if you want to know more about her...roleplay..she may open up to you.
Another tidbit: her gym was recently moved onto club grounds, and she now lives in the residency building with the other gals. Her business is still somewhat separate from the club though, she gets the income from it and decides how she pays her staff...she also decides the price of admission and how it is applied. Currently, it is a one time $500 fee to be trained by her personally...and get a regular trainer it is $200.
