Dark Sakura is a twisted, terrifying incarnation of a girl known as Sakura Matou. Sakura's normal mentality is kind, gentle, and somewhat submissive, but her dark form is twisted and psychotic, barely able to reason with the world around herself.
Despite not being a Servant, in this form, Sakura is powerful enough to defeat most any Servant in combat... or indeed, most any beings that come against her. Dark Sakura has infinite mana, though the amount she can expel at any one time is limited by her number of magical circuits. Her touch is highly corrosive, dissolving organic matter and converting the base elements into pure Mana (a gooey red slurry/slime) which she can then eat/absorb.
Her clothes are made of shadow energy, and function as tentacles for snaring/gripping/beating the snot out of enemies. Or food. Well, they're the same thing to her...
When an astral being or other such creature... in this case, power is detrimental, as the more one has the more susceptible they are... (stay away, power players~) comes into contract with Dark Sakura's shadows, their mentality is corrupted by her evil influence, while their offensive power is considerably augmented... they work for her exclusively and are stronger for it!
She is also capable of forming tentacle appendages from her body, as well as spawning shadow things that follow her general intent but otherwise operate independently. Finally, Dark Sakura can spontaneously regenerate, allowing her to recover from mortal wounds within minutes of receiving them, to ridiculous extents.
She consumes what she defeats, as well. Utterly. Nothing remains as she slurps them into herself via whatever means she finds necessary at the moment... though it's usually melting them into that sticky, messy Mana slurry, she can do other things~
About her only weakness is that she's not very fast when it comes to movement! If you're really fast, you can run the hell away from her.
