He can, and will for a short period of time, turn off his nerve endings to prevent himself from feeling any pain, but it take a large amount of concentration and can only be done in short bursts, though as many time as he wants.
He currently owns a mansion, having inherited it, as well as a vast fortune, from his parents when he came of age, though he never met his parents and doesn't even have a picture.
He lives in a world where humans are used as pets and food, though he does care for them no matter where they end up, whether as a pet, or as a snack stuck inside his belly/balls.

It was the year 2110, and humanity had nearly completely been removed as a power on the planet. With their use of WMD's, weapons of mass destruction, they had unknowingly revealed their planet to a highly advanced and ruthless alien race. After having scanned the planet to find nothing of value, they were about ready to obliterate it, before a scientist suggest they use it as an experiment. Agreeing, only barely, the high council would authorize the use of an experimental gene shifter, which would replace the gene's of most of the planets population, with that of another animal's, the change being random. However, the humans who were unaffected by this beam, would shrink as their biomass was used to help some of the other new species grow their new ears or tails, or any other new changes as well. The humans, only a little over a foot tall, were hunted down and captured by both feral animals, and the new anthros, both sides using them as a source of food, as well as pleasure on the anthro part, seeing they could eat no other creature whole like this, able to feel their struggles and pleas for freedom, which normally fell on deaf ears. However, it wasn't uncommon to for an anthro to have one, or more, humans inside their bodies. Seeing as the gene shift also changed most of their internal biology, though their human stomach would remain the same as a second larger one grew around it, making their human stomach a form of storage stomach, which they love to feel prey squirming inside of, as well as caress ones they care for lovingly.
