I'm sure you've all heard the legend of minotaurs, the half-bovine beasts that live in labyrinths, devouring anyone who enters. Perhaps you imagine them as hulking, monstrous, bull-headed brutes, violent and not particularly bright.
Well, Damaris is a different sort of minotaur. She's quite large, of course, at 12 feet tall, and is immensely strong...but she's also gorgeous. She's quite curvy, with wide hips, nicely-rounded buttocks, and positively enormous breasts, each a good bit bigger than her head. Her hair is dark and glossy, and her eyes match.
Damaris was born several centuries ago, as a more human-sized minotauress. When she was a child, she was captured and, as was the custom to do with captured minotaurs, she was sent to a sprawling labyrinth beneath the local king's castle. There, she remained as she grew up, devouring prisoners who were thrown into the maze.
One day, however, the king made a mistake. One of the wizards that advised him displeased him, and was thrown into the labyrinth as well. Damaris proved resistant to magic, as the wizard discovered while trying to defend himself...and then, she proved she had a taste for wizards. As his body churned in her guts, however, power surged through her. Her body grew, and her strength rapidly increased; she'd absorbed the magical energy!
Using her new power, she easily broke out of the labyrinth, devoured the royal family, and went on a rampage. Dozens of villagers were lost to her ravenous appetite, before more wizards appeared, accompanied by a small army. She put up a fight, but she was overpowered, and sealed back into the labyrinth. This time, the labyrinth itself was enchanted; people could enter, but the labyrinth would reshape itself around them, preventing escape. None could leave; anyone who entered the maze would become trapped with Damaris.
She certainly didn't go hungry; plenty of people stumbled into her prison. Adventurers looking to slay the minotaur for the glory, relatives of her past victims seeking revenge, or simple curious people who didn't realize the danger. None escaped Damaris' appetite, of course.
As the years passed, the magical energies that empowered Damaris somehow became attuned to the magic of the labyrinth, and after a couple centuries, Damaris found that *she* controlled the labyrinth's magic. Escape was, therefore, easy for Damaris, but she realized she had a pretty good thing goin', and remained in the labyrinth for the most part. When her food-supply ran low, she'd leave, just doing enough to lure more prey before returning.
The magic of the labyrinth placed it in a separate dimension, too, and with a little manipulation, Damaris found she could open entrances to it elsewhere, in a few special places. She uses this ability to broaden her dietary horizons. And now, she's opened an entrance in the park; a huge, stone doorway in the side of a hill beckons the curious and adventurous to their doom.
The labyrinth itself is fairly simple; winding passageways, with smooth granite walls and lit by numerous torches. It has several separate chambers; one large chamber filled with the numerous treasures Damaris has taken from her victims, one chamber where Damaris herself lives (which is a rather cozy-seeming bedroom, with an enormous, comfy bed), and the last serves as her bathroom; there's a large, constantly-fresh spring where she bathes, and a hole where she...releases her prey once they've been processed. This hole is, of course, far too small (and unpleasant) for *live* prey to escape through it, although the waste escapes somehow; otherwise, the labyrinth would get quite smelly!
Damaris herself has no real powers other than the control of the labyrinth. She's immensely strong, even considering her size, but she doesn't often use brute force to subdue prey. She prefers to seduce them, and maybe even wear them down with sex. Failing that, she's also fond of smothering them into submission. When pressed, though, she can fight.
Digesting other magic-users has no real effect on her size and power; the energy is distributed through the labyrinth, extending its reach slightly.
