A whisper through the brush is the only sound that betrays her movement as the petite wolfess slips through the moonlit forest. She grew up in the Pack - her family once dominated the whole forest.

No predator threatened their territory until the men of the nearby village came on a drunken raid and began firing their guns into the pack, laughing as they destroyed her family. Her mother had pushed her out the back of the cave, telling her to run, not to look back. She couldn't help it. When she discovered they were killing her family for their skins, something snapped inside of her. She was never quite the same.

Daciana - just a cub of twelve - survived. Even as she nears the end of her teenage years, hardly a night goes by that she doesn't have nightmares about that night. She now lives alone in a hidden den beneath the bluff. Her home is decorated with mementos from her raids into the village, as well as some furs from particularly memorable hunts... As much as she hates humans, she has found pleasure in the same sort of trophy hunting that took her family.

Even so, she knows she must be careful. At just over five feet tall, there are many creatures bigger and stronger in the forest. She no longer has the Pack to protect her.

Her once playful demeanor remains, but she can turn cold and cruel with little warning. and has a special hatred for humans. She enjoys teasing and toying with her prey - it makes her feel powerful in a world where it is so easy to lose everything.

Though she puts on a lot of bravado, she is quite shy. She is a fiercely loyal friend, as are all of her kind. But it's so much easier to be alone.
