Appearance: Cyril's body is covered in smooth, rubbery skin, much like that of a dolphin's. It is a shade of darker purple in colour, and along his front are silver plates that look like snake's scales, all along his belly. He's thin and athletic in looks, anthropomorphic in body shape, and sports a pair of purple draconic wings, each tipped at the thumbs with a black claw. His hair is white and about shoulder length or shorter, that is shorter in the front than in the back. His tail is about three feet or so that comes out from above his ass. All along his back and tail are dark purple spines, going up until they reach the top of his head, sprouting out from his hair. They are spaced out, with only about three on his head. His face is almost humanish, but has a small muzzle-like appearance, with blue eyes. On his hands, he only has three fingers and a thumb.
Clothing: Cyril didn't like wearing too much clothing, but he didn't like wearing too little either. He could only wear pants being as his feet's nails cut through all the socks and shoes he puts on. Same goes for shirts. His jeans have a hole cut for his tail. He has a pendent gave to him by his father. When he's in his apartment, he wears his reading glasses and wears his tailored pajamas. Cyril goes more for daily use, then for fashion. He doesn't like consuming large amounts of time putting on clothing. His pajamas are made out of an enchanted fabric that pushes out anything that may break it (the wings, the tail, and his spikes.)
Occupation: Cyril doesn't have a "set" job. He goes around and helps with the recivilzation of his town that was destroyed in a disaster. He helps rebuilds homes, tend to farmlife and agriculture, feed the hungry and nurse the sick. People in his community like him so much they want him as their "mayor." But he declines the offer.
Mentality: Cyril grew up in a struggle of time for being considered a "half-breed." He was neither a full dragon nor a full human. But through his struggles, erupted a selfless and good willed person. He doesn't let anger control him and he is longsuffering.
Hobbies: Cyril has several hobbies... he enjoys playing video games and watching classic movies. But when he can, he likes going to fairs and riding rides. He enjoys the thrills of life. Cyril is very selfless at times though.
Relationships: Cyril lives far from his immediate family, but they are still alive. Every Christmas, Cyril writes home cards, each having about fifty paragraphs in each letter. He has a healthy social life and is too kind for his own good at times.
Special Abilties:
Flying: Cyril has the ability to speed at extremely fast speeds. Much faster than he can walk. He can accelerate and decelerate quickly. He moves so fast he can break the sound barrier at times. He can fly so up above sea level, he can almost reach the hemisphere.
Fire Breath: Cyril, like any dragon, has the ability to breath out fire from his nostrils. He has three lungs, two likes a normal human being. But the third lung creates a gas which when mixed with outside air can create fire. It can spit out 15-20 feet far.
Ice Breath: Cyril, like few dragons, has the ability to breath out a chilly breath, that can freeze people almost instantly. It can shoot out 10-15 feet far.
Acid Breath: Again, Cyril can spit out acid from his stomach to literally incinerate his foe. He rarely uses this because it can damage his own throat.
Transformation:: Cyril has the ability to increase and decrease certain objects. Such as the penis area, a girls breasts, etc. He can also give women penises and testicles. He only needs to think about it for it to happen, really.
