Rie is a young anthro otter with a bit of squirrel in him giving him a big bushy tail. his family abandoned him in the city where he wandered around surviving on scraps and trying to keep himself clean. he sometimes waited outside of the back door of reastraunts and nice cooks gave him food every now and then. he eventually found his way to the park through the big city of nexus. he still dosent know about vore and could be very scared if some predator comes by and eats him.
