Aurora Kelly is a fitness trainer who moves from town to town selling off her abilities and her special mix of herbs as a weight loss plan. Trouble is, she's a bit of a scam artist. Taking money from those in exchange for her bogus mix and skipping town once she has enough people paying her cash.
Eventually she scammed the wrong people and was cursed for her efforts, now if the athletic woman exercises she swells with milk and her womb fills with fluid making her look more and more pregnant. She can unbirth victims and regress them to temporarily shrink herself but much like her own scam... it's a trick. Every person she regresses remains in her womb as a single cell and starts to grow back immediately! So the more she takes, the faster her curse comes back with more and more people inside her. Eventually this can only end badly for Aurora...
