Throughout her many years of traveling, she had only found one dragon, and even that was only a distant offshoot of the the true dragon species. Upon reaching the age of 30, she decided to join the Blades of Justice, one of the most powerful groups established for fighting the massive amounts of crime that threatened the world.
Lydia spend 20 years working for the guild, eventually developing a relationship with a woman who was the guild's best healer. The relationship lasted 4 years, until Lydia found her lover dead in her room one day. She had been assassinated by a mad alchemist who the guild had taken down before. The alchemist had murdered Lydia's girlfriend as an act of revenge, Leaving Lydia both brokenhearted and full of hate. She vowed to one day strike down the woman for what she did, no matter what the cost. The year following was full of depression and sadness. Lydia eventually quit the guild at the end of the year.
30 years passed, with no sign of her sworn enemy. Lydia was on the verge of giving up on her planned revenge, as well as forgetting her sworn enemy, until once again, the two crossed paths. Her enemy was, oddly enough, just as ageless as Lydia was. The two fought for what seemed like forever, until finally, Lydia emerged victorious. Just before Lydia finished her off, the woman vanished in a puff of purple smoke.
Throughout her later adventures, Lydia eventually encountered an enormous demon taking the form of a dragon that threatened to reduce the world to literal ashes. Lydia had just barely defeated the evil that threatened the world, crippling it before tossing it into a chasm with all her strength. The price for pushing one's body so hard was great, and Lydia was forced into a deep slumber for 5 years. When she finally awoke, she was renowned as a legendary hero by nearly everyone. Indeed, this made her famous, but the cost was great. A massive, continent-sized hole leading to seemingly nowhere opened up where the chasm once was a day later, swallowing all who dared to enter it. Was it something eating away at the planet? A portal to another world? Nobody knew, for the people that tried to find out never returned. The area was quarantined and was written down in history as one of the world's most dangerous places, remaining seemingly dormant.
Lydia is now nearly world-famous in her time, and has more than enough treasure and money to go around. She has not rejoined the Blades of Justice, although she does visit them every so often. Her digestive system is very strong, and her stomach acid is strong enough to break down even the toughest materials, including bones and armor. Her stomach's also resilient to most weapons, including swords and lances. How her body manages this is unknown. Her eyes and hair are somehow linked with her personality. If she gets angry enough, her eyes glow, and her hair turns a dark shade of purple and begins to glow, as stated above.
Due to the neutral properties of Lydia's race, her scales, as well as her soul, have arcane properties that nullify most magic or effects, besides lightning. It's like mixing blue with grey, it fucks it all up. Magic, poison, ice, dark magic, wind, etc are all nullified, and won't do as much damage compared to a normal target.
Lydia's blood has a very light healing factor, allowing her to regrow some parts of her body including her fingers, toes, etc. Her tail can also regenerate after a few days, unless it's cut off from the very base. She cannot regenerate lost limbs. Due to her regenerative abilities, she's able to take more wounds to her body before anything's considered fatal.
She has a very strong sense of smell, and by smell alone she can tell if someone's near her location. Her sense of smell also lets her know if someone's in heat. In this state, she can literally rip her opponents to shreds if they're not careful enough. Lydia sometimes trains in her free time, and is nearly unmatched in combat skills, strength, and agility. It is possible for her to be defeated, but few can do so. Lydia has enhanced reflexes, strength, magical resistance (excluding lightning), incredible strength, years of experience, and impressive speed, although it isn't always put to use, and honestly, she's pretty rusty due to her local area now being mostly peaceful.

*A large, worn black robe worn by Lydia when appearing formal or in a crowded location. Although it has a hood, Lydia never uses it due to her horns obstructing its use. The robe, which stops at her feet, is decorated with faded golden designs, namely the hem and the end of the sleeves. Although it is worn and old, it remains intact, and has been taken care of as best as possible.
