A student at Marunomi Academy, Crispin maintains a very high GPA, participates in several atheletic and artistic clubs, in which he performs admirably, is generally held in high regard by students and faculty alike, and doesn't really seem to give a flying fuck about any of his achievements. And he has a great many of them, though rarely does he place 'first' in anything. He's not the star of the track team and only occasionally holds an anchor position. He's got the third best record on the tennis team and is second chair flute in orchestra. Generally speaking, Crispin has the habit of making it to the top and then slipping down to third or so place afterwards. And really, he just does not seem to care, never really standing out in anything but performing well in most everything he tries.

There are times when Crispin is a driven and determined individual... when he wants something. Then, he will dedicate every fiber of his not-inconsiderable being to acquiring it. And as a general rule, he does. He acquires whatever it is, be it a new girlfriend, some kind of trophy, a position in an organisation...

And then he instantly stops caring.

Crispin is, you see, a man bored with the trappings of everyday life. What he wants is a challenge, what he desires is stimulation. Once he achieves something, it ceases to hold all value for him and he stops giving it effort or attention. He cares, passionately, about his obession of the week, month, or year, but sooner or later he will tire of it and either cease putting in effort, or discard it entirely.

It is no wonder his girlfriends have a funny habit of 'disappearing'.
