Soraya is possibly the most unlikely super villainess ever. Once human but transformed into a cow woman with huge boobs, an udder,
for reasons she refuses to reveal to the world. However she has a band of loyal followers that would die for her, the previously
innocent people seeming as though under some kind of mind control. The busty female always willing to throw them under the bus
for her own ends. Though is often good at playing the innocent victim.

Controlling the minds of people she feeds her milk
Unbirthing people into her womb and transforming them into slaves with bovine features to serve her
Though bloated with milk, she is stronger than she appears and can move about slowly in spite of her current form
She has some weaknesses as well of course, unable to resist offered food which causes her to swell with milk can lead her into trouble.
She is slow and heavy, difficult to hide, and incredibly greedy.
Mostly she is a mastermind, using others to do her bidding rather than doing it herself. Being swollen with milk all the time making her not athletic at all and very clumsy in spite of her added strength.
She is very good at playing the innocent and helpless cowgirl to lure her prey in close.
