These witches have all joined the Coven of the Pact, where they perform a ritual to summon as powerful a demon they can, then make a pact with it. They fulfill some sort of task, or make a sacrifice, or even go on a quest. Once done, the demon gives them a sliver of their power. Something that to the demon, is but a small percentage of their own powers, but for the witches is power they never dreamed of. They then go out into the world and grow this power, likely by feeding on the souls of the innocent. Then, once they witch herself dies, the power goes back to the demon who charged her up. Like an investment plan for demons. A little power to someday retire to. And they can collect early even by slaughtering the witch who has their power.
So if you wish to be summoned and serviced by some lovely witches, or just want to smite some for daring to summon you, feel free to say hello!
All the witches have the following powers, which become far more powerful when they have made their pact, in addition to a unique set of skills:
- Potion Brewing: All of them can make magical potions
- Soul Stealing: It takes time, but they all can syphon off souls to feed on.
- Enchanting Tongue: Can loosely influence people with their words. Works better after kissing
- Telekinesis: nothing too strong, just enough to take whatever they want from the other side of the room
- Rituals Casting: Lets them spend more time to cast more powerful spells-the more witches, the stronger the ritual!
Coven Leaders:
Engela the Dark
Angela made a pact with a shadow demon, letting her use them to travel, cause immediate blackouts, control you by using your shadow to puppet you, or stealing your shadow to mark you until she gives it back... or kills you.
Circe the Seductive
Having made her pact with an incubus, her powers are seduction based, though also she can cause immense pain within the bodies of those she has enthralled. Rumor has it she keeps that incubus locked in the basement, meaning she never has to give those powers back...
Evanora the Enchanting
Evanora made a pact with a fey creature of great power. Her abilities... vary, though it all seems to be based on hypnotic patterns and manipulating what you can see. Few seem to remember ever dealing with her in the first place, making her powers even harder to describe, or pin down her personality.
Pact-Bound Witches:
Rita the Ravenous
After her and Persephone sacrificed some poor virgin to Aris_The_Kiss, the demon was intrigued by the offer but dissatisfied with the sacrifice Rita and Persephone had presented. Deciding she liked Rita better, she slurped Persephone up like it was nothing, then tested Rita before bestowing some of her power onto her.
Victoria the
Victoria, Kayliana, and Lily all summoned Pentia together, and after they proposed their deal, Kayliana offered to pleasure the demoness herself, to help sweeten the deal. Taking her up on the offer, Pentia look pleasure in devouring the poor girl. Picking up on the fact that Lily would'nt mind the same fate, Pentia traded Victoria for the two girls, leaving the redhead with both the ability to grow a tail she can feed with, but also making her transmutable, taking on the traits of whatever she eats.
Abbigail (Abby)
After she and another witch volunteered to help Alexis_Player with a different kind of ritual to gain power, the girl found that the rehead was not a fellow with, but a hungry vampiress! Luckily, the other woman took a liking to Abby, and after toying with her a bit turned Abby into a vampiress as well, which she uses to fuel her magic! The two of them are up to no good now, and are hungrily eyeing some of the other witches...
Acolytes: They have yet to make their pact. Looking to summon demons. Each of these has a small description until they are made full-fledged withces.

Of the girls, Gwen is the one that is least intersted in the mayhem and power one can get into with magic, and is more curious about doing something fun and exciting with it. She's just willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
Morgana
Excited for the benefits power can bring, Morgana wants nothing more than worshippers. People who will do as she demands, who will sacrifice virgins to her to devour. She loves someone realizing she will ultimately be their end... she just needs the powerset to back her up.
Blaze
Blaze has one interest in magic and one interest alone-getting a hold of fire magic. She calls herself Blaze for crying out loud. If the demoness offering her power doesnt come with some real firepower, she'd almost rather end up eaten. Almost.
Willa
The physically strongest witch in the house, Willa loves feeling someone struggling inside her. Some of the other girls think that's all there is to her personality, as that's all she shows them. Is there more to her deeper? Most who ask end up deeper in her stomach.

Persephone delights in causing pain and mayhem... but she can't take what she dishes out. She'll bully and tease and sell your soul for a chance to join a group that is making a deal with a devil, but try and fight back and she tends to wilt.

Veronica is tough, practical, and above all else, wants to store the souls of her victims in her tattoos. She'd pretty casual about this fact, and when she decides you're going to be hers, she makes it very clear that this has become your fate.

OOC: While not specifically a Perma setup, anything that happens with these witches can stick. They will start in the summoning coven, and when each is given power, they'll become full-fledged witches, that will rack up kills until "killed" themselves. Their victims dont need to stay dead, though it provides extra points to the witch if they do. Still experimental, and open to plenty of scene ideas. And it doesnt need to be a demon either, fey, dragons, anthing powerful is welcome. The witches can also be used in more silly, less permanent play.
