resident of a small mining village on the side of Mount Djebel.
Nobody is quite certain just how long this mountain has been home to an evil sorceress, save for the woman herself. Her name is Sinha
Malagasi, Countess of Mount Djebel (though she remembers it by the many names it has held over the centuries: Djebel-Qaf, Kafkuh,
Koh-i-Qaf, among others). Her title is one she insists upon. Though she is quite wealthy, she has no claim to nobility, nor do the
citizens of nearby Juhera pay her any rent, tax, or tribute. She is simply a very old, very powerful magician, watching over a local
community that she's taken a liking to.
Despite being well-liked by her neighbors and associates, Sinha has a mean streak miles long, one that's been festering and developing for eons. She takes a perverse pleasure in capturing and breaking those she takes an interest in. Her castle is always home to several such playthings. Cute adventurers, wandering dragonesses, visiting peddlers with no idea that they themselves are on display... There's no telling who might catch Sinha's eye, so be wary, lest you find yourself with a collar around your neck and a new mistress holding your leash.
