History: In the world Cole and Ryu come from, every child at the age of 12 is made to take a test known simply as the trial. The children line up and wait to see if a dragon hatchling will choose them. If one does then they are bonded for life as rider and dragon, set to protect the kingdom. Those not chose fulfill the mundane tasks such as butchers and housewives. Cole was one of the last not to have a dragon pick him and with 4 boys and one hatchling remaining Cole had given up hope that the stronger more athletic boys would be chosen. But as he turned to leave he felt a slight nudging at his leg, a small white colored dragon smiling up at him which he named Ryuen.

As Cole and his partner grew they became closer to each other and eventually joined the Riders of Avalon to protect their country. During feeding one day as usual Ryu absent mindedly slurped down fish, however Cole had not yet taken his hand out of his mouth. Much to both their shock Cole wound up halfway into his partners throat before he realized and coughed him up. The two didn't say anything for a while until Ryu opened with, "Ya know you taste pretty good Cole." This earned him an affectionate whack to the nose with a fish. Cole however just couldn't forget the feel of the warm confines of his partners throat and the safety he had felt.

About a week later, out of curiosity and the want to feel that sensation again the two boys started experimenting and soon discovered the crop in Ryu's chest could safely hold Cole without digesting him and this soon became a favorite relaxation for the two. What the superiors would say if they found out? Well they'll cross that bridge when they come to it.



Updates:
Cole is now in a romantic relationship with Blue_Talron after bonding on the way to battle the Orc king. THey now have a kid together, a boy named Mikkael

Cole can use basic destruction alteration and restoration magic now.
