Yes this is basically a huge character list. Yes the basement lounge is the underage area. Don't like it? Plenty of legal preds and prey in the other two. Yes this is mainly centered around micro macro play, perma can happen but I really REALLY have to like the idea. Some characters here may become characters of their own if they get popular enough.
And yes the characters can own and be owned, however there is only one canon owner/lover per character that will be listed. They can however have "regulars" that will be listed.
