Cinty Cinq, or better known as Cintinq or Experiment Fifty-Five. Was a lab experiment that broke out a few years ago, originally a puddle of simple goo after being injected into a girl was given the ability to shift in shape and size. Allowing her a number of escape routes out of the labs.
The downside is it made her dopamine levels shoot through the roof when doing pretty much anything, hence she's always in a constant state of bliss. She's since picked the form of a young girl after learning that by simply sliding her hand along someone she can choose to shrink them... and that she doesn't exactly mind eating people.
After all, no one suspects a kid, right?
She does have an older form however as can be seen below. And one of the benefits is that she can be... well... any gender really.
