Mysterious Stone: A rainbow colored stone he found while hiking in the mountains. It seems to humm with power but he can't figure out how to make it work.

History:
Cielan was born a regular Jolteon and was raised as such. He was captured by a trainer known as Rory and together Rory and his team conquered 7 gyms.That's when tragedy struck. He lost his 8th gym battle and Giovanni took him prisoner, conducting strange experiments on him and his pokemon. Cielan watched as his trainer was tortured and eventually forced to merge with his charizard. One of the scientists teenage assistants, Dylan, didn't like the way they were treating the pokemon and stood up to them when they came for Cielan. Deciding the human was more trouble than he was worth, they used him and merged Cielan's DNA with his. The boy's thoughts now lay dormant within the Jolteon. Cielan is determined to wake the human inside him that saved his life.

Personality:
Always full of energy and bouncing off the walls, he is often pestering people around the parks. He loves to shock people literally and figuratively because he loves the look on their face. He is very hard to piss off and is nice to everyone he meets, especially cute guys.

Move Set:

Lightning Rod: All hostile electric moves are drawn to him and absorbed.

Volt Switch: Charges forward in a bolt of electricity before pulling another pokemon into battle and returning.

Thunder: Calls down a thunderbolt on his target, if it is raining in the park it will never miss.

Thunder Punch: Throws a strong punch filled with electricity.

Magnet Rise: Uses electro-magnetism to levitate, allowing him to cross treacherous terrain.

Fusion Bolt (Ultimate attack): A move meant for Zekrom that he learned through practice. He releases all his energy to create a huge electric blast on an area which causes paralysis and spreads out after the initial strike

Theme:
