In retrospect, Christi can admit she was kind of a bitch in high school. Though at the time she had referred to herself in a more positive light, calling herself 'fiercely independent' and whatnot, she really wasn't a nice person. That attitude simmered off after graduation, when the real world hit her like a freight train. Her parents couldn't stand her and gave her an ultimatum: get a job or go to college. And since her grades weren't really stellar enough (or as she put it, she wasn't enough of an ass-kisser), she didn't really qualify for any scholarships... so job it was! But what a time to graduate- the economy was in the shitter and it took months of submitting application after application to even get an interview. When she finally got a job it was at a corporate retail giant, one of the last places she wanted to work.

And thus begins the not-so-exciting tale of indentured servitude. With a job came money, but with money came an expectation to provide her own transportation, and while having a car would have been awesome, having to pay for insurance and gas would not have been nearly as fun. But the responsibilities didn't end there! With a steady paycheck hitting her bank account every other week, her parents decided it was time she chipped in and paid rent. Facing all these growing costs of living Christi freaked out, and in one last burst of defiant rebellion, she spontaneously visited a shady apartment complex near her work, impulsively signing a lease before really thinking it through. On the plus side she managed to move out of her parents, and she was close enough to her job to manage with just her bicycle, as lame (but healthy) as it was to ride a bike to work.

At this point in her life, she's left wondering... now what? She still visits the same seedy entertainment avenues as she did in high school (sex clubs specifically catering to chicks with dicks and those who love them), and she enjoys meeting and screwing around with the clientele therein, but she's kind of at a loss for where to go from here. A promotion at work is highly unlikely given all the layoffs lately, and her pay is pathetic at best. A better job seems unattainable at her current level of education. So what's a dickgirl to do to get ahead in life? Perhaps she'll figure it out, or at least someone to enjoy life in the meantime.
