Chloe has a very... unique birth story, as she was born, in a very unusual and kinda horrific way. Her mother was a panther that was kept in captivity, well mostly anyway, she was fenced in and a bit sick, so she was being treated for it. her fathers, welll....
Her fathers took advantage of the panther as she slept, one was a common house cat, and the other was a human. The human was a very strange scientist who never really grasped his own research, but after unloading into the panther with a cat (cause he was just that strange) he poured some odd chemicals in as well, he had no idea what they did but he'd learn with this experiment. He didn't, not long after the unload the panther wakes up and claws both of them right through the neck, swiftly ending their lives as quick as they come. Not long after a demi was born with some weird attributes.
She's about 70% house cat 15 percent panther and 15% human. Her tail is extremely strong and she is rather strong for what she looks like, to top that her speed and agility are nothing to sneeze at either, she's a very efficent hunter. Or she could be but she's a bit of a scatter brain most of the time, she looses her way, forgets to eat and over all is kinda derpy, however, this doesn't make her any less clever of a kitty, if she wants something she'll do anything it takes to aquire it, and she always gets what she wants. She's learned a great many skills throughout the years as well as the ability to plan ahead, even if it seems like she's a ditz, she usually has some plan of action ahead, just to be safe
