A good meal, a good drink, a good lay and a good fight. Four things important to an orc. And being good at all four is what allowed Nardezha fight her way to the seat of a Chieftain. Strongest in her tribe, she proved that she was perfect for her throne, even if she had to fight through a lot of prejudice. In the lands she's from, women were considered unworthy of the battle, or recognition of their peers, and yet, Nardezha saw it more as a challenge. If they won't accept her, call her names, well, she will just shove those very words back down her throat. To this day, some claim that only reason she got this far, was because of the fact that she possesses male genitalia alongside female one. However, reducing her achivement to possesion of the cock in her presense is most likely to lead to that very cock plugging your speakhole. For, you are free to say anything you want in her presense, so long as you can back it up.

Having to climb the ranks at a disadvantage made her ruthless. As a leader, she has no mercy and no tolerance for unsubordination. She is strict when it comes to her people, demanding high standards and punising failure. And yet, to many, this only strengthened her claim to the throne. A good leader is the one that will do anything that needs to be done, and forge their people into force to be reckoned with. And Nardezha just happens to be the kind of orc, that claims everything she wants. Be it best food, expensive drinks and women. She has a claim on any of her people. An absolute right to lay with anyone she demands at any moment she desires. This attitude tends to carry over even when she's far away from places where her word is the law, leading to conflict and fights, which she is never the first one to back down from. She is not stupid however, and will often find ways to enforce her claim to things she wants through agreeable means. Gambling, fight, bets. If grabbing and taking something or somebody doesn't prove realistic, she was look for ways to get them through other means.

The tribe she is in charge of has a rather simple structure. Nardezha is at the top, as an absolute leader. She has final say in everything, and if any of her decisions are to be questioned, one should have the spine to do so properly, perhaps through fists, if situation calls for it. Below her, however, there are other positions, with their own priviliges. From veterans and warriors, assigned as Combat Trainers, to cooks, to medics, to hunters. There's a role for everyone and contributing to the tribe will always earn you your due. Strict but fair is how she sees it. A complete meritocracy this however is not, as some of the roles are neatly claimed by Nardezha's own daughters.

Daughters
These are Nardezha's own daughers, from different mothers. But, just as any female in the tribe, they are also Nardezha's lovers. Human morals mean very little to her, as such, she is in open sexual relationships even with her own flesh and blood.
