Chicago

Bio:
Katie was born on April 9'th, daughter to Gabriel and Marianne Locke, the same day Gabriel's 'alleged' father was born. Her life was certainly unusual, being her father was older than others due to the after-effect of longwinded government circumstances and she was too young to be aware that he had died, or that much even concerning his death and career had been swept under the rug, never disclosed to those that he left behind.

Almost as if it were fated, she grew into the study of law enforcement and pursued Criminal investigation. Though she wasn't aware of her historical roots, she managed to shatter Chicago's criminal problems using a more direct method than her predecessors.
She grew up to be much of a tomboy and had taken such a strong liking to boxing since childhood that she had practiced the sport and studied it almost religiously. She actually was given legal permission to exercise her talents to address criminal problems within her town, which established her nickname "Chicago" since she had earned the reputation of the city for effectively taking control of it and making it hers by stomping out crime completely during her rise. As far as she was concerned, she never cared for the nickname and was humble as a simple law-abiding officer.

Her boxing talents had been almost unmatched by any male, or female until she met her match and fought an unusual woman to a draw using a style completely contradictory to her own. There was no witnesses to this fight and the two went their separate ways.

Katie was an incredibly laidback and cool woman who never really had the nerve to be strict or too assertive. Even in the face of great adversity, she was too cool for her own good. A mafia she had completely run out of town during her effective beating on crime staged a surprise hit on her and succeeded in gunning her down, but they had not realized that Katie knew it was coming. She had hid her child away while braving bullet fire with her bare hands, taking down seventeen before she drew her last breath.

Katie now finds herself here.
