Until she bit the dust---falling to a rival house until the person that turned her died and she was resurrected... albeit stronger than before.
Now siring her way into a minor noble household, the now-risen Aurelie aims to rival her family's success as a powerful noble in her own right...as soon as she's able to conquer an area and leave herself subjects to feed on. For now, she resides in her carefully guarded manor---only venturing out into the world when she's found a suitable target to feed on.
All of this will occur in due time, of course, but she's no longer the meager knight fighting for nothing out in the wilderness. She's FAR more powerful now. Rather than the typical game most nobles feast on, the Suzerain also consumes her meals whole--still obtaining their strength in a far more encompassing manner.
And yet, despite her urges, some semblance of her old self remains. But for now, it's best to watch one's back around this greedy knight. She's far more ruthless than her lich-like counterpart...and sometimes far more oblivious thanks to a low INT and average WIS.
Every scene will count towards experience for her level counts, incorporating a simple system as shown below. This is all based on 5e Dungeons and Dragons rules and will be simplified for those unfamiliar with the system. It can be broken down as follows.
EXP is treated as milestones, with each victory gaining between one to two points (depending on size and if it's her first time eating them). The first milestone is 6, with each subsequent milestone increasing by four after every meal, then by 6 after level 8, 8 after level ten, and so on every two levels after ten. When she is digested or defeated, she will lose one milestone point. When she hits a milestone threshold, she is allowed to level up.
It’s worth noting Tempvore multiplies the Milestone points she earns by two, while Permavore multiplies it by four. These meals can also yield particular magic items if the other player agrees to it.

In short, this version of Aure swaps between acting like a mercenary and a proper knight. Thanks to her mother's legacy, Aurelie desires to forge her path and separate her identity from the Corriveau name. Her conviction is one of her strongest traits, seeing her through the darkest valleys and highest peaks of her adventures. This fierce, unflinching disposition is eased by her good nature to balance it out. It’s a blessing that the things she tends to be stubborn about are her ideals, beliefs, and opinions about food.
With her ravenous nature in full swing, her rebellious streak has turned into a more authoritative persona. Her sense of loyalty to her followers has twisted into an obsessive desire to keep them in line and protected no matter the extent. In addition, the blend between her hedonistic desires and her bloodlust has given her a catastrophic hunger---one powerful enough to derail her temperament and force her to act in service to her desires above all else---often to her own detriment.
