Chen is a newcomer to the Nexus and a ruthless businessman, as well as an eater. He comes from a long line of predators and is certainly the most slovenly in his family. He owns a noodle shop using an old family recipe that can't be beat and easy to make, though it certainly is fattening. His best customer is himself since he usually spends his days gorging on his own food and farting up a storm.
Part of the reason that he's shop is a success is because he finds ways to drive away any competition. Either he finds a way to eat restaurants out of business by taking advantages of all you can eat buffets and such or he eats the owners of nearby shops like they're dumplings.
Despite his gassiness and appetite, Chen does his best to be the perfect gentleman. He's been known to charm several women even when belching as loud as a foghorn.
Chen is always looking to expand his business and always hiring, from chefs, to waitresses, to entertainers, to personal servants and harem maidens.
