ETA ::Profile (CheftheDragon)

Chef is a 50-foot long red dragon, 100 years old, and with a sizeable hoard. Generally, in both fantasy and modern settings, he lives in a cave a decent distance from the nearest town. He tends to be the type to raid villages or demand tribute, though scenes where he's less monstrous are possible. Even in such scenes though, he strongly enjoys eating women. As a dragon, he tends to be prideful, some might even say arrogant... But he also has the hide, claws, and fangs to back that up. Even driving him off is beyond near any mortal, let alone slaying him... Though female knights are quite welcome to try. He won't object to a free meal, even if he has to peel some armor off of it first. Profile picture is my own art. Not 100% satisfied with it, but considering this is the first time I've tried to draw a dragon, and I'm generally quite an inexperienced artist, I think it's adequate. Below is an explanation of what my statuses mean

ONLINE - I am here, and happy to hear from you. Probably up for hearing scene ideas, chatting, or meeting new people. May have a scene or two going, but have enough energy/focus to still chat while playing. And if I don't have a scene going, I'm probably down to play.

- Either I've been set to 'away' due to inactivity, or I've gotten up for a few minutes to deal with something IRL. Still happy to hear from you, but my response may be slightly delayed.

- I've got little to nothing going on right now, and am looking to chat or get a scene going. Say hi, or pitch a scene idea, either is good.

- I have little to nothing going on right now, and am really looking to get a scene going. Still down to chat with friends regardless, of course, but would love to hear from you if you've got a scene idea to pitch or would like to brainstorm together.

- If you see this, I'm currently specifically hoping to be approached In-Character, although OOC approaches are still accepted. I'll read your profile thoroughly, and try to respect your preferences, but please speak up ((OOC)) if anything I include in the scene makes you uncomfortable. Obviously, I expect the same courtesy from you, and no guarantees that an approach will net you a scene- Sometimes, no matter how fun you are and how well-written the post is, a square peg and a round hole just won't fit together.

- I doubt I'll ever use this one? If I do, it means that I'm down to chat, but don't have it in me to play at the moment. Still happy to hear from you though!

- I'm looking for a scene, like with LFRP, except for whatever reason I feel the need for the character list to specify I'm a pred. Probably either have been having issues with people not reading my profile before approaching, or have just decided to change things up to see whether this works better than LFRP.

- Either I've been kidnapped or brainwashed IRL... Or I misclicked. The former is the more likely possibility.

- Either I am in a scene or scenes that is/are taking up almost all the focus I have, or something IRL is taking up most of my focus. Still happy to hear from you, but my responses may be delayed, and I'm too busy to add another scene at the moment.

- I can't really think of a situation where I would use this, but if I do have it on, DO NOT message me unless we're already actively conversing, in which case you can still message me and I'll tell you to stop if it's a problem. Otherwise, if you have something to say, send a PUB and I'll respond when I can.

September 2023-October 2023:
Wandering through the woods one night, Karlia came across a cave. Looking inside, she came across Chef's hoard, and decided to try to steal some of it for herself. Chef soon returned, however, and caught the thief despite her attempts to hide. After interrogating her, he offered her the chance for a little game of 'cat and mouse' before she would meet her fate in his stomach. Reluctantly starting to admit her place in the food chain, she accepted, and of course was caught after a thrilling chase. Once caught, she was thoroughly enjoyed before he swallowed and digested her, claiming her soul in the process- And began combing through her memories to find friends of hers that also might be appealing morsels...

October 2024:
On an episode of Wheel of Vortune, Karlia and Jessica_Carr were forced to compete, with whoever solved the puzzle first getting to move on to the bonus round... And the other to be eaten by the dragon hosting. After the wheel was brutally against Jessica the entire time, Karlia was able to solve. Jessica was swallowed by the dragon, but she wouldn't be alone in the stomach for long, as Karlia failed to solve in the bonus round, leading her to be eaten as well. They were digested together on live television, in front of a studio audience and millions of viewers at home- But at least they found some solace in each others' company in their final moments. Yet another wonderful episode of the Nexus' game... WHEEL! OF! VORTUNE!

If the scenario isn't taking place during canon events, just age them up to 18+.
Verbose Posts	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I tend to write 3.5-4 lines per post most of the time, though depending on the flow of the RP some posts may be a bit shorter or longer. You don't necessarily have to match my post length, but effort is appreciated.
Quick Posts	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I tend to write my reply within about 10 minutes of your post, though obviously there are occasions where it can take longer. Don't feel pressured to match that though. As long as most of your replies are within about 20 minutes of my posts, or you warn me up front that your replies will be slow, we're good.
Evolving Character	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	In a long-term RP? Maybe. Nothing that'll carry over between different partners though.
Breaking 4th Wall	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Not gonna do it unprompted, but the idea of our characters being aware that they're under our control could be interesting. For instance, if you're playing an unwilling prey character, they could be angry at you for putting them in a situation to get eaten. Also, totally into the idea of eating player alts.

Multi-Session	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	A good scene is often going to take multiple sessions to complete. There's only so many hours in a day, and we have to go to bed sometime. Of course, figuring out when we can continue may be a challenge.
Grab and Gulp	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I'd generally prefer at least a little bit of Out-of-Character discussion about what direction the scene's going to go in before we start, and a little time to look at your preferences. Don't need a whole novel, but at least a general idea of what we're trying to accomplish and what you like.
Group Roleplay	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I like the idea, but from a practical point of view I find it rather intimidating. Consistently getting two people together for an RP is already enough of a challenge, let alone getting three or more together whose prefs line up. Feel free to approach about this though!

I respond to everyone who messages me, so if you don't have a response within a few minutes when you reach out to me I'm either away from my computer for a little while, or am trying to juggle multiple scenes at once. In-Character Approaches	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	The power imbalance between a dragon and any human-sized character pretty heavily precludes IC approaches from working, in my opinion. We need to plan before we get to the action.
Overweight Prey	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Overweight prey simply aren't appealing to me. Don't think this means you have to be an anorexic stick figure, that isn't what I'm looking for either. Looking for prey of a healthy weight, rather than "chubby" or larger. No judgement against those folks, just not for me.
Pregnancy	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I have no interest in pregnant prey. If that's your thing, that's fine. But you're going to have to find someone else to do that with.
Teasing/Taunting	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I love teasing my prey, whether it's the friendly kind of teasing, or the not-so-friendly kind, depending on the scene. Before they're eaten, while they're being digested... Always a good time to toy with them. Definitely leaning a bit more toward cruel on this character, though that isn't mandatory.
Tempvore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Not something I'm gonna do willy-nilly, but if we've got a good scene, and you're gonna be away from the site for a bit anyway... Well, it's pretty fun to reduce a character to a pile of bones for a bit.
Permavore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	The only possible scenario where I would do this is if your character was created specifically with this in mind, and even then that is extremely unlikely. If you're someone who's fun to play with, I'd like to be able to play with you again. Knowing that a friend is just gone like that hurts, and I'm not going to inflict that on anyone. If it's something you enjoy, then that's your decision, but I don't want to be involved.
Perma Teasing	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	While I'm decidedly not a fan of actual perma, perma teasing can be really great. I'm very hesitant to bring it up though, since it's something that people may have strong feelings about.
