Charlotte o'Steyr is the sole heiress to a wealthy Duchy by the name of Nalvernland. Nalvernland has been in the o'Steyr name for two centuries. The o'Steyr name has often meant stability for those within the borders giving the rulers an often easy, simple life. In this world, young Charlotte has found herself isolated from the outside world, kept save and secure by her parents at great cost to her own personal development. Charlotte knows little outside her Castle, and hasn't much of an idea about how the normal peasant she will soon rule lives. As a result, the 19 year old 'Princess' staged an escape attempt with the support of a sympathetic guard and maid so she could go see the world. The problem? She couldn't find either once she was safely outside, leaving her alone. As such, she'd embarked on a personal quest to learn as much as possible away from her parent's gaze, and fill in those gaps.

Unfortunately for such a hopeful lady, her upbringing has left her with a thirst for knowledge and a naive mind. Her journey might end in success, capture by her parents, or it might end in filling a different mind with satisfied thoughts of her taste...
