Chaos Smithy...He is he dark counterpart of MaxTheTamer. Born from Max's own negative emotions as a kid, Chaos only wished to protect his host from the cruelties of humanity. He was cast out, due to the fear Max held of him. Back during these days...Chaos had been expelled in the form of a Blackguilmon who knew precious little about the world other than the suffering that the humans had caused to his original.
When he was released, Chaos still held a strong connection to Max and strove to become stronger so that he could protect the boy despite having been cast out. Years later, Max and Chaos were reunited...but pitted against one another through manipulation of the young Blackguilmon's mind. Only once he was free of the manipulating hand of ChaosGallantmon was he able to resume his duty of protecting Max completely.

Shortly after he and Max reunited under friendlier terms...Daemon, one of the 7 demon lords appeared, and stripped Chaos of all the data that made up his body, leaving him a defenseless digicore floating within the human world. He was ready to accept his fate and fade away without a shell to protect his fragile soul. Zhuqiaomon had other plans however...and managed to pull Chaos's digicore to the digital world and offer him a new body in exchange for his loyalty and service to the digimon soverign. Since then, Chaos has been reborn as a Cyberdramon with the power he'd always desired. But in doing so he'd been put in a position where he would not be able to see much of his original except at the whims of his new master.

Some time later, while on patrols for Lord Zhuqiaomon, Chaos found himself flung into a portal leading into the Nexus. He was cut off from everything he'd ever known, and flung into a world in which he did not know his purpose. What was he supposed to do? On one hand his darker personality wished to indulge in the destruction that he knew came from the species he was turned into. But he still retained Max's kindness despite being the boy's dark half. He hopes to discover his purpose in this new world.
