Cynthia is a seven foot tall, blonde haired, slightly egotistical female who is the champion of the Sinnoh region. By a lot of hard work, and training, she became the best in the region, and as such became the champion. Rumor has it the old champion vanished into her belly, never to be seen again.

However, being the champion of Sinnoh is such a pain in the ass. Trainer challenging you 24/7...Poor Cynthia finally had enough, and made a new rule - Anyone who lost to her more then twice would become her meal. Not that this deterred trainers any. As a result, Cynthia has gotten a huge belly, one that she can never seem to work off, as well as a rather large chest.
