A simple spawn from Cell himself, a sort of cyan colored representation of a childish, smaller Cell. Though he lacks a tail and his head piece is muc shorter, he is still powerful and a good resemblance of his father. He is not equipped with everything his father has, but one should worry about a small monster such as this!
With this Cell Jr having survived though, he has had enough time to sort of... develop his own personality. He is still wild and playful, but as grown to show more kindness, not wanting to immediately destroy something just because it'd eventually make him, well, bored. Plus, he has seen Earthlings display the concept of... friendship from time to time and has become curious about him. Though if he gets too energetic, it's possible he may revert to his old ways for a short amount of time. At times, he can also be cowardly if the person is able to withstand anything he throws at them or has a certain... aura about them.
